About my winter vacation and the Chinese New Year ~ ^_____________^

I enjoyed my winter vacation in Malaysia, because I went back to my home. I will go back to my home every year on the winter vacation. Therefore, I can celebrate the Chinese New Year with my family in my hometown. Another reason is I can avoid the Taiwan’s weather, because it quite cool in the winter. At the home, I always sleep until 12o’clock in the afternoon from 2o’clock at the night. Are you think me are very bombastic? HaHa! ~ ^O^ ~ Because I always not enough to sleep when I have the school. Therefore, the school holiday let me has the time to sleep sleep and sleep~ Arha~ Yeah! ~ ^O^ ~ When I went back to Malaysia, Klang is my hometown. I ate a lot of local delicious foods. The especially food is call the “Ba Ku Teh”, it is a famous food in my hometown -- Klang. The other delicious foods still have the “Nasi lemak”, “Roti Canai” and “Sate”. All these foods are my favorite foods. I still remember on the first week when I backed to my home, I seem that every night I went to the “Mama Restaurant” and ate all my favorite foods. The “Mama Restaurant” is a cultural in Malaysia and always business until midnight or 24 hours. Sometimes, I gathering with my friends and together went to the shopping. However, I spent a lot of time together with my boyfriend. HaHa! ~ ^O^ ~ We seem that met each other every day. Actually, my winter vacation is so bored, because I slept so late every day, after woke up saw the TV programs… So, how about your winter vacation?
I celebrated the Chinese New Year in my hometown and I got a lot of “ang pao” for this Chinese New Year. It is because I saw a lot of my relations in this year and also my boyfriend took me to his house and met a lot of relations of him. Therefore, I just could get so many “ang pao”. HaHa~ When I relations saw me at the first sight, they asked “why you so slim ar?”. HaHa ~ ^O^ ~ Of course, I was very happy when I heard that. ^^ At the moment of the Chinese New Year, my mom cooked a lot of delicious foods, especially at the New Year’s Eve. I like the feeling of reunion with my family, because it so warm to me. If I compare the Chinese New Year atmosphere between in Malaysia and Taiwan, I prefer in Malaysia, because I felt the atmosphere in Malaysia quite lively than Taiwan. In Malaysia, while nearing the Chinese New Year or during the Chinese New Year, we can hear a lot of sound of the firecrackers. My father and my two brothers were also had played the firecrackers. On the third day for the Chinese New Year, my family and my boyfriend were gone to visit in Melaka. In there, we were visited some popular scenic spots, temple and the old streets. The other Chinese New Year day, I came out with my boyfriend and his friends together went to see the movie. And how about your celebrated the Chinese New Year? ~~*^O^*~~

haha~ it seems you really enjoyed your winter vacation. I'm glad to know that. As it is one of the Chinese traditions to have reunion with family and to receive red envelopes (ang pow) from our relatives, i think we have the same opinion-- i prefer homecoming than staying in Taiwan during winter too. Hahaha.. me too get a lots red envelopes this year, it is totally around RM600. During the Chinese New year, i didn't go many places but just visited some of my relatives' house and i was surprised that one of my nieces who is about my age has born an adorable and chubby baby><
